Project Based Learning

Project Based Learning is a credit course developed with an objective to explore various opportunities in different sectors and domains, Identify and address prospects and challenges in them with Collaborating Learning of Core subjects and ABL (Activity Based Learning), PS (Professional Skills) and ESD (Employment Skills Development). It provides deeper engagement and interaction with learning content. It is also fostering 21st century skills like collaboration and communication. This HME activity is conducted for SE and TE Students from III Sem to VI Sem. The activity is conducted in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication. Specific labs are allotted to the students for the same. It is usually conducted during the 2nd week from the commencement of the semester along with other HME activities. The activity is conducted in two parts, one week: During this the background of the theme is given. Complete Semester: Implementation of the project is done. The main aim of this is product development, so the PBL activity is planned in stages starting from TRIZ 40 Inventive Principle: Based on Graduate Attributes in sem III, Design thinking covering INSPIRATION: RESEARCH: IDEATION: IMPLEMENTATION in Sem IV, Project management in session V and Finally on 7Cs of product development in sem VI.
